The 36" Commercial Restaurant Range S36D from Southbend features six open burners and a standard oven. Each of the six burners packs 28,000 BTU and feature Southbend's patented, one-piece cast iron, non-clog design with a lifetime warranty. Their cast iron grate tops are removable and rear tops are larger to accommodate stock pots and similar sized cookware. But the fire power doesn't end there. The oven boasts 35,000 BTU and a U-shaped heavy duty burner for even heat distribution. The oven interior is enameled to resist corrosion and it is insulated with heavy, self-supporting block type rock wool to contain heat.
