Top and bottom impinged airlow is coordinated with microwave to deliver top notch cooking quality and speed. Because of the top launched microwave system use of metal pans is allowed and the catalytic converter allows for UL certified ventless operation. The Sota is perfect for use in coffee shops, bakeries, quick service restauarants, bars and cafes.
