Foods high in acid, such as tomatoes, are no match for the InstaSlice thanks to its corrosion-resistant HardCoat pusher head fingers, polyurethane food carrier, and thermoset blade. The table stop keeps the InstaSlice securely in place for safe vegetable slicing. The InstaSlice features an extra-large slicing area to accommodate large sized vegetables as well as smaller ones. The blade easily pops out for cleaning and pops back in and will never need adjustment. The Redco (15104) InstaSlice blade assembly has 8 scalloped blades to create 3/8-inch thick slices of vegetables.
