The Vollrath (72000) Full Size Countertop Warmer is a durable, easy to clean and attractive way to display and serve hot food. The Vollrath 72000 Warmer is a Cayenne Model 2000 Warmer, designed to hold heated prepared foods at temperatures above the HACCP "danger zone" of 140F. Its 300 series stainless steel construction holds up under the pressure of commercial food service and makes for easy cleaning. Its 6-1/2" deep well can accommodate full size food pans up to four inches deep. The temperature dial is conveniently located on the front panel and features 10 temperature settings.
