The Vollrath 4/3 Rectangular Heat 'N Serve is designed for maximum capacity within a minimum footprint with 33% greater capacity than full-size warmers, capable of holding four 1/3-size pans up to six inches deep. The Vollrath Rethermalizer is extremely efficient and evenly transfers heat throughout the food product. The Heat 'N Serve features Vollrath's Direct Contact Heating System, which puts the heating element in direct contact with the water for the most efficient heat transfer possible.
