This Mirage 7 Quart Induction Soup Rethermalizer (7470110) from Vollrath uses their innovative induction technology to warm without a water bath, improving food quality, minimizing waste and using a fraction of the energy. In just 90 minutes, this rethermalizer will heat food up to 165 degrees Fahrenheit or more. With three temperature sensors, this soup rethermalizer provides the operator with accurate and precise temperature control. To prevent burning, the rethermalizer features a stirring indicator LED that displays when the inset is almost empty.
