Forced convection ensures the unit's sides and top stay cool to the touch and protects the controls from heat, while moving hot air into the cooking chamber for increased efficiency and energy savings. The CM2-12020 finish oven can accommodate one 10-inch plate or one 12-inch platter and it has five shelf positions to choose from based on size of food and preferred distance from heating elements.
