Capable of generating up to 108,000 BTU, this 48" low profile, countertop griddle features a 1'' thick polished steel griddle plate and a durable stainless steel construction making up the front, sides, front top ledge, front grease trough and the grease can. The 4'' back and tapered side splashes are made of high gauge stainless steel. The MSA48 has a manual ignition with 4 embedded mechanical snap action thermostats placed every 12".
