Lease/Sales Coordinator (San Antonio, TX):

(Hours: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday – Friday
Saturdays and overtime as needed for month-end close-out, approved by manager.)

Job Duties:

Leases-New, Renewal, Upgrades/Downgrades and Repossessions:

  • Enter all computer work and orders associated with leases, and communicate and coordinate with lease/sales specialists.
  • Assemble and maintain all documents needed for new leases for signature by customer.
  • Create folder for each lease and collect all documents required to complete lease.
  • Schedule lease install with service office manager, and communicate with lease/sales specialist. Send lease renewals monthly to lease dispatcher to schedule PM’s.
  • Verify equipment in system for each lease and assure all inventory used for each lease is properly billed to the lease.
  • Prepare and track all signed contracts/documents returned from lease team.
  • Pull and prepare monthly lease renewal report and renewal extension documents.
  • All other duties as identified and assigned by general manager. Not limited to these duties listed. Subject to change as needed.
  • Coordinate all reports and lease information with Sales coordinator for commission processing and month-end reports.
  • Review lease documents from Austin, Corpus and McAllen leases – Check for accuracy on all information set up in Southware system.
  • Maintain files to match leases in Southware system.
  • Prepare weekly spreadsheets and keep up to date with lease changes, new-renewals-cancellations and prepare final month-end report.

Fixed Assets:

  • Maintain existing equipment spreadsheet listing with Service office manager for accuracy.
  • Search all locations to locate equipment needed for new leases or replacement equipment for existing leases.
  • Transfer fixed assets from other locations when needed for new lease.
  • Set up new assets for leased equipment only when placed in service.
  • Set up used assets as identified-zero value, or trade-in value.
  • Provide copies of new equipment invoice purchased in 1690-00-000 with cost to Manager for F.A. to be set up.
  • Add fixed asset spreadsheets to file in shared folder for review by other locations.
  • All other lease and fixed asset duties as identified and assigned by supervisor. Not limited to these duties listed. Subject to change as needed.
  • Sales:

  • Process all special orders turned in by all outside sales positions.
  • Enter orders in system and commit items needed to complete the sales.
  • Prepare folder for each sales to include quote, order, special order, pick ticket, transfers, and any other paperwork related to sale.
  • Upon completed delivery of sale to customer, bill invoice sale with serial #’s, freight cost, etc. Only sales that have actually left the store/warehouse and are at the customer site are to be invoiced. Include copy of installation work order in folder.
  • Follow up on special orders to verify with purchasing department item is on order, confirmation of order, and estimated ship date.
  • Prepare and maintain spreadsheet to use as tracking sales for processing commissions.
  • Prepare commission report by 10th of each month for submittal to payroll in San Antonio office. Commissions are paid to sales reps on 15th of each month.
  • Review invoices by month for use as commission report for sales reps. Follow commission guidelines and policy as determined by corporate office.
  • Fix inventory negatives in system as related to sales folders.
  • Process all credits to customers for returned items.
  • Process return invoices and send to Inventory control rep for return process to begin back to factories for any items returned, special orders.
  • All other sales duties as identified and assigned by supervisor. Not limited to these duties listed. Subject to change as needed.
  • Skills:

  • Excellent customer service skills, both verbal and written.
  • Great computer skills, to include extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Accounting background, to include general ledger, fixed assets, accounts receivable, and contract set up an maintenance.
  • Organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task multiple jobs at one time.
  • Knowledge of foodservice equipment, to include ice machines, commercial refrigeration equipment, and commercial dish machines.
  • Dependable, punctual, and ability to adapt to schedules and deal with a rapid pace during peak times and heavy workloads.

    Service Tech & Preventative Maintenance Tech Full-time – M/F (Fort Worth, TX):

    (Must be available for overtime and rotating On-Call Duty when required)

    Mission Restaurant Supply, a restaurant supply and leasing company, is looking for experienced Service & PM Technicians to provide maintenance and repair service on ice machines and other refrigeration foodservice equipment to our customers throughout the Fort Worth/Dallas Metroplex. Mission Restaurant Supply offers an excellent compensation and benefits package

    Preferred candidates will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in servicing commercial refrigeration and food service equipment within commercial establishments, including installation experience, and should demonstrate the following skills and abilities:

    • Basic knowledge of refrigeration food service equipment; ice machines, walk-in coolers and freezer experience.
    • Ability to troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance. Good mechanical skills.
    • Accredited high school diploma, business or trade school, or GED.
    • Professional, courteous and positive attitude.
    • Registered as ACR Technician with state of Texas.
    • Valid Texas Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
    • Must be able to work after-hours on rotating schedule during On-Call duty status.
    • Ability to work overtime during high volume summer months.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Must be comfortable working in variety of environments at customer sites; i.e. confined or limited spaces and exposure to heat and cold and be capable of lifting up to 60 lbs.
    • Climbing up to 6 ft. with ladder
    • Extensive walking 3-5 miles/day
    • Extensive driving 5-6 hours/day
    • Kneeling, squatting, bending, pushing/pulling
    • Exposure to noise, heat, cold, slippery, wet conditions
