The QC2-100 Alto Shaam Roll-In QuickChiller is the best in the industry for efficient mobile blast chilling for restaurant quality food in a high volume food production setting. This self-contained unit is specifically designed to rapidly and efficiently remove heat from foods using a combination of low temperature and high velocity air, reducing potential bacterial contamination by 80%. The touchscreen enables programmable or manual chill modes, including four preset chill modes for rapid chilling with just one touch. The four preset chill modes include Soft Chill for less dense food items (such as individual portions), Hard Chill for more dense food items, Freeze Mode to rapidly freeze foods down to -10F, and Hold Mode for continuous refrigerated storage.

The Alto Shaam QC2-100 QuickChiller is a roll-in model ideal for restaurants, hotels and banquet operations. The fully integrated roll-in food cart conveniently mobilizes chilled product production and accommodates up to forty full size pans.
