Bakers Pride Y-602 Super Deck Series gas pizza deck oven is ideal for high volume cooking and pizza production. This deck oven is 78 inches wide and is a double deck oven. Up to five inches of insulation ensure the oven's cabinet remains at a consistent, even temperature throughout for the highest quality baking. At 120,000 BTUHs per deck, this double deck oven has independent top and bottom heat control dampers and micro-slides with a temperature range of 300 to 650 degrees Fahrenheit. The oven's doors is spring hinged to stay open on its own for operator safety and easy loading. The ovens feature 2 inch thick Fibrament hearth decks and 8 inch tall openings. The oven interiors are aluminized steel with all type 403 stainless steel exterior, providing a durable and easy to clean surface.
