The MGD-18 pizza oven features four independent top and bottom quartz infrared heating zones to produce the perfect atmosphere for baking pizzas quickly and efficiently. The MGD-18 can bake up to 130 5-inch pizzas in one hour and produce toasted and cooked meat sandwiches in just 90 seconds. The MGD-18 even has a large enough capacity to handle Mexican dishes and other large menu items. The MGD-18 is designed to be easy to operate. It has digital controls and an easy-to-read digital display. Menu items, conveyor speed and quad zone heating are all programmable for set-and-go operation with consistent results every time. The MGD-18 has an 18-inch wide conveyor belt that extends in the front and back for quick and convenient product loading and unloading.
