Meet Matt Hampton! Matt is a Design Specialist in Austin, and he has worked at Mission for 13 years, growing from equipment sales specialist to project manager and now his current position.

Some of his favorite pieces of equipment to use in the kitchen include convection ovens. And Matt suggests that all commercial kitchens pay special attention to their ventilation.

When asked about his favorite food memory, Matt discusses homemade biscuits and sausage gravy and his Grandma Hampton.

Outside of work, Matt loves to work and drive his Chevy Camaro, and he also enjoys Sandlot baseball teams, namely the Cap City Cobras!
