August 2022 Recipe is for Cowboy Caviar

  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can black eyed peas, drained and rinsed
  • 1 16 oz. bag frozen corn, rinsed
  • 1 ½ cups Pico de Gallo
  • ½ cup Italian dressing
  • ½ cup salsa
  • 1 bunch cilantro, chopped


  1. In a large bowl, combine black beans, black eyed peas, and corn.
  2. Mix in Pico de Gallo, Italian dressing, and salsa.
  3. Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Top with cilantro just before serving.
