INGREDIENTS:
- 1 package butter cake mix
- 1 package (3.4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding mix
- ⅓ cup light rum
- ½ cup water
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
Rum Glaze Ingredients
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup light rum
- 2 sticks butter or margarine
- ¼ cup water
DIRECTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix together cake mix, instant pudding, rum, water, oil, and eggs. Pour into a greased Bundt pan.
- Bake for 55 - 60 minutes on the center rack.
- In a small saucepan, mix sugar, additional light rum, butter or margarine, and water. Boil for l minute. Keep warm.
- Remove cake from the oven. Leave in Bundt pan and pour rum glaze directly over the cake.
- Let cool 60 - 90 minutes. Turn upside down onto a plate.
