The M20ETL commercial planetary mixer features a plated cast iron base and a 20-quart stainless steel mixing bowl. The M20ETL planetary mixer is a heavy duty unit with an abrasion-resistant gear-driven transmission. Note: not suitable for pizza, pita, bread dough or equivalent product.
