Garland Commercial Ranges' X Series 60″ Gas Restaurant Range X60-10RR features ten open burners and two Sunfire (R) ovens. Each open burner packs 30,000 BTU/hour of fire power and features a two-piece "Q″ style has hob for ideal heat distribution. Ergonomic split cast iron grates fit atop the burners - the classic, heavy duty cooking surface most-requested by commercial kitchens. The bottom section of the X60-10RR range features two standard Sunfire (R) ovens, each with 33,000 BTUs. The ovens' interior is easy to clean and maintain thanks to its ribbed porcelain bottom and aluminized sides.
