Mixing Spoons
A seemingly basic tool, mixing spoons come in a variety of materials, shapes and sizes to meet food preparation and cooking needs. Wooden mixing spoons are gentle on pot and pans that have the potential to scrape, while plastic nylon mixing spoons are good for withstanding high temperatures. A rubber spatula-type mixing spoon is good when working with batters or mixes that tend to stick to the sides of the bowl.
