Mobile Heated Cart, Non-Insulated, 18 Sheet Pans

The Vulcan 18 Pan Holding and Transport Cabinet VHFA18 is an 18-level, heavy duty stainless steel mobile cabinet with a glass door that's capable of accommodating up to eighteen (18" x 26") sheet pans or up to thirty-six (12" x 20") food pans. The interior pan supports are designed to accommodate pan covers as well so a full cabinet can be transported stress-free and the supports can be removed for thorough cleaning. Controls are housed on a panel located at the top of the cabinet which includes power and heater indicator lights, a dial thermostat and a temperature read-out. The two heating elements keep the cabinet temperature between ambient and 190 degrees Fahrenheit, while a fan blows warm air through a wind tunnel to eliminate cool air pockets, so every last bit of food keeps warm.
