"Basically you need good food and good service. It's like a package," says Pardeep Sharma. "And the customer is looking for an experience."

Pardeep Sharma, Owner of India Palace, has been in the restaurant business for 35 years. He's a seasoned restaurateur in the Dallas area with three different concepts.

Aside from India Palace, he also has Roti Grill—which is a fast-casual spin on traditional Indian food—and Lita's La Mexicana—which serves nuevo-Mexican and Tex-Mex signature dishes and drinks.

Pardeep owes his success at India Palace to the quality of the food and service. According to him, Indian food had been challenging because not many people in the area were aware of the cuisine.

Now that their name and menu have been in the market, he's had loyal customers for 30 years.

He loves working with Mission and Greg Abbey because he's really nice and provides good service. Greg has helped quite a bit with branding, plus he loves the food!
