Temoshi Kitamura, Executive Chef at McAllen Country Club, enjoys a challenge. He loves to solve problems, and for him, helping customers, clients, and members with their needs and concerns is everything that makes his job great.

Recently, as the McAllen Country Club renovated their pool, a kitchen was to become a reality. Temoshi worked with Mission Restaurant Supply to accomplish this, and he recounts his appreciation for working with the people at Mission.
