INGREDIENTS:
- 2.5 lbs. ground beef
- 2.5 lbs. ground pork
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup water
- 1 egg
- ½ cup parsley, finely chopped
- ½ cup green onion, finely chopped
- ½ cup shredded parmesan
- 1 Tbsp. Kosher salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
DIRECTIONS:
- Mix beef, pork parsley, green onion, parmesan, salt, black pepper and garlic thoroughly by hand.
- Hydrate bread crumbs with egg and water let it sit for at least one hour.
- Combine meat mixture with bread crumb mixture.
- Roll 2 ounces of the mixture into a meatball shape.
- Place meatballs 1 inch apart on sheet tray.
- Cook for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
Makes approximately 25 meatballs.
