Italian Meatballs

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2.5 lbs. ground beef
  • 2.5 lbs. ground pork
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup parsley, finely chopped
  • ½ cup green onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup shredded parmesan
  • 1 Tbsp. Kosher salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped garlic
Directions:

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Mix beef, pork parsley, green onion, parmesan, salt, black pepper and garlic thoroughly by hand.
  2. Hydrate bread crumbs with egg and water let it sit for at least one hour.
  3. Combine meat mixture with bread crumb mixture.
  4. Roll 2 ounces of the mixture into a meatball shape.
  5. Place meatballs 1 inch apart on sheet tray.
  6. Cook for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

Makes approximately 25 meatballs.
