Meet Linda Lopez! She is a Showroom Sales Representative in our McAllen store. Linda has been with Mission since November 2022.

Linda loves that there is a family feel and environment working at Mission Restaurant Supply.

According to her, a commercial kitchen should include an immersion blender. Those are so versatile and "there are so many uses with this one product."

The craziest thing Linda has eaten before is escargot. "It was really good," she says! A favorite food memory is about her grandma who would make either chicken and dumplings or tomato soup with grilled cheese. Comfort food indeed!

Outside of work, Linda enjoys reading, working on crafts, and caring for her plants. If she weren't at Mission, Linda sees herself in the retail industry. "I have done retail for over 20 years."
