Meet Monique Flores! Monique is a Branch Inventory Coordinator/Showroom Sales in our Fort Worth store who has worked at Mission for five years. She manages inventory and leads the showroom team in providing great customer service while keeping the store nicely stocked and organized.

"I like working at Mission Restaurant Supply," she says, "because they take care of their employees. They are appreciative, supportive, and understanding, and to me that means a lot."

Favorite tools for her to have in her kitchen include a good, sturdy peeler and a sharp, comfortable knife. And, for commercial kitchens, Monique suggests a Robot Coupe food processor because it can chop, dice, slice, and shred at a high volume in a short amount of time.

She loved trying Oysters with Valentina hot sauce and lemon, but her favorite food memory is eating at CAVA to try mediterranean food for the first time.

When not at Mission, Monique enjoys doing fun stuff with her son, listening to podcasts, and treating herself to skin care treatments.
