If Stephen could do it all over again, he would pursue baseball as his profession. Both of his sons play baseball so he is able to live vicariously through them!

One of Stephen's favorite food memories is when he was working at Olive Garden and was chosen to go to Italy for a week to work in kitchens and tour wineries. During the week he got to try a lot of different food items!
