INGREDIENTS:
- 2 cans of crescent rolls
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 jar pizza sauce
- 1 package of pepperoni
- 15 oz. skim milk ricotta
- 8 oz. Italian blend shredded cheese
DIRECTIONS:
- Brown ground beef.
- Add pizza sauce to the ground beef.
- Lightly oil a casserole dish.
- Layer the bottom of the casserole dish with one can of crescent rolls.
- Add half the ground beef mixture. Top with half the ricotta cheese. Top half the pepperoni.
- Repeat step 5. Save a few pepperonis to top the casserole.
- Top with one can of crescent rolls.
- Bake casserole according to the crescent roll package or until golden brown. Make sure the crescent rolls are cooked all the way through.
- Top with shredded cheese and pepperonis. Bake until cheese is melted.
