The HLA-1 Comark Cooking Alarm combines a timer and thermometer to aid in HACCP compliance. The alarm can be set to alert when either a time or temperature has been reached. The HLA1 is ideal for cooking and cooling and can be switched between Fahrenheit and Celsius. The HLA1 comes with an adjustable back, magnet and AAA battery and has a 36-inch stainless steel, heat-resistant probe.
