The Vulcan Institutional Series Fifteen-Pan Heated Holding and Transport Cabinet VBP15 is specifically made for schools, universities, hospitals, correctional facilities and other foodservice operations that prepare large quantities of food to serve to high-traffic dining halls on a regular basis. The cabinet is mobile thanks to heavy duty casters, so it can be loaded with pans of freshly cooked food and easily wheeled to the serving area or dining hall without turning cold. The VBP15 Heated Holding Cabinet accommodates (18" x 26") sheets pans and (12" x 20") food pans in its fully-insulated cabinet. Cabinet temperature is monitored with a heating indicator light and an analog thermometer, while warm air is evenly distributed throughout thanks to a motor fan.
